  1. Quiet taps for the grid puzzles, and a louder dungeon

Spaced Out, Nonogram and Lights Out make sound now, kept soft enough to solve to, and Dungeon Draw's big moments sound like big moments.

    • Spaced Out and Nonogram share two soft taps: a low one for a star or a filled cell, a lighter one for a dot or an X.
    • Lights Out has a soft press for every light you flip.
    • All three have a sound switch in the header, next to How to play.
    • Mini Sudoku's digits click like the keys in Wayword and Long Haul.
    • In Dungeon Draw, picking up a weapon is a blade drawn and left ringing.
    • Escaping the dungeon gets a horn call, and a run that ends in the dark gets a slow, heavy toll.
  2. Game cards with a little more to look at

Every card on the home page has a quiet pattern behind its picture now, in the card's own color.

    • Ten patterns across the games: sparkles, soft blobs, map contours, a dotted route with pins and more.
    • They stay at the edges of the card, so each game's picture reads as clearly as before.
    • Nothing about them moves. A card still plays its own animation when you point at it.
  3. Connect 4: drop a chip, line up four

The classic drop-and-connect game on a board seven columns wide and six rows tall. Each chip falls as far as it can, and four of yours in a line wins: across, straight down or on a diagonal.

    • Play the bot on Easy, Medium or Hard, a friend in an online room, or two of you on one device.
    • Pick your chip before a game: a color with a symbol stamped on it, so the two players' chips differ by shape as well as color.
    • Chips fall into place with a clack, and the winning four light up.
    • Click or tap a column, or choose one with the arrow keys and press Enter.
    • Copy result shares how a game ended: who won, the mode, and the bot's level.
    Connect 4~3 min
  4. Sound, where it was missing

Cards, keys and tiles now make the noises you'd expect, and the sound switch takes up less room.

    • Final Call and Dungeon Draw share one deck of sounds: a flip, a deal and a riffle shuffle.
    • Every letter typed in Long Haul and Wayword clicks like a key. Deleting one is softer and lower.
    • Long Haul's tiles are heard turning over, one at a time, as a guess is scored.
    • Recall has three sound packs: Classic, Arcade and Chimes. A pack changes how a pad sounds, never its note.
    • The sound switch is just its speaker icon now, in every game.
  5. Quicker moves in online rooms

A move in a room reaches the other screen sooner. Minesweeper co-op, Turf War, Dots and Boxes and Battleship gain the most.

    • The server no longer re-reads the room before every move, and it answers you before it tells everyone else.
    • Two players moving at the same moment now take turns, where one of them used to have to go around again.
    • Minesweeper's co-op pointer is sent 10 times a second, down from 25. Moves are no slower for it.
  6. A blip is not a disconnect

Rooms were treating a short network hiccup as real trouble.

    • Clicks made in Minesweeper co-op while the connection is down are held for up to 45 seconds and sent when it's back. A 3 second outage used to throw them away with "Move not sent".
    • "Reconnecting" waits for a second failed check in a row before it shows.
    • After a longer outage the banner clears within about 5 seconds of the network coming back. It could take 15.
  7. Equinox: balance suns and moons

A sun-and-moon logic puzzle on a 6×6 grid. Three suns and three moons in every row and column, and never more than two of a kind side by side.

    • A daily board, the same for everyone, that gets harder through the week.
    • Free play on Easy, Medium or Hard, with hints.
    • Every board has exactly one solution and never needs a guess.
    • A broken rule is flagged two seconds after your last move, so it doesn't nag mid-thought.
    Equinox~2 min
  8. See how today's players did

Finish a daily and its results card now compares you with everyone else who finished it today.

    • How many played, and the day's average.
    • Where you landed, in the game's own terms: "Faster than 68% of today's players".
    • Under five finishes it says "You're one of the first to play today" in place of numbers that would mean nothing.
    • It is counters only. Nothing saved says who finished: no name, no account, no row per player.
