Detour

The short version: Detour is a handful of free games, offered as they are. Here's what that means in practice.

The games come as-is

We work hard to make every game fair and bug-free, but we can't promise it. Detour is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. A game might break, a streak might reset, an online room might drop, or a game might change or disappear. We're not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, including lost stats or progress.

Wiki Race and Wikipedia

Detour is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Wikimedia Foundation. Wikipedia® is a registered trademark of the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. We use the name only to describe what the game is played on.

Articles in Wiki Race are pulled live from Wikipedia's public API while you play. We don't write, edit, or check that content, so we can't vouch for it. Article text is available under the CC BY-SA license and belongs to Wikipedia's contributors.

Other people's content and links

Some pages link to, or load content from, sites we don't run. We're not responsible for what's on them, whether they're accurate, or how they handle your data. Following a link off Detour means their rules apply, not ours.

Ads (maybe, later)

There are no ads today. If Detour grows, a few ads may eventually help keep the lights on. If that happens, they'll never get between you and the game, and ads from other companies won't mean we endorse what they're selling. The privacy policy will be updated before anything loads.
